How an audit works
We schedule it in advance — no disruption to your day. Most audits take a few hours on-site or remote. You get a written report ranked by priority, with clear recommendations and rough costs for any fixes. No pressure and no scare tactics. Many clients start with one audit and decide from there.
How support works
Start with a quick triage by phone or email. If remote support will solve it, we’ll do that first. If hardware, cabling, printers, or physical access is involved, we’ll schedule an on-site visit.

Audits are quoted as a flat project after a short phone call — you know the cost before we start. Support rates vary by job complexity; we can provide a quick estimate after triage.
